Tobyhanna is a peaceful, wooded community in the Pocono Mountains, perfect for relaxing getaways and outdoor adventure. Close to hiking, lakes, skiing, and attractions like Kalahari, Camelback, and Mount Airy Casino, it offers the perfect mix of nature and convenience.

With a car you are a short distance from lake, mountain and pool views, along with many local amenities and fun!

Minimum Rental Age Requirement: 25 Years Old

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

HOA Form / Administration Fee

The HOA form must be completed and submitted no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Failure to submit on time will result in a $75 late administration fee charged by the community. Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival are also subject to an additional $75 community processing fee.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be available if there is no same-day turnover. Requests must be submitted through the HappyGuest portal and are subject to approval.
Failure to vacate the property by the scheduled check-out time may result in additional fees.
GUEST CHECK-IN
Entry is provided via keyless access.
Guest check-in verification may occur through exterior security cameras.
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets attending the stay.
GARAGE

The garage includes games and entertainment for year-round enjoyment. Please note that temperatures in the garage may differ slightly from the main home due to the open ceiling design and partial insulation as it is a newer build.

WILDLIFE

As our home is located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, you may occasionally see or hear local wildlife such as deer, chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. Routine pest control is performed, but nature is part of the mountain experience.

WATER USAGE

Like many homes in the Poconos, water pressure or temperature may occasionally fluctuate during periods of heavy usage. This typically resolves within 45 minutes to an hour. To help avoid interruptions, we recommend spacing out showers and avoiding simultaneous use of laundry machines and the dishwasher.

HOUSE SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays and larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies as replenishments are not provided during your stay.

SMART TV

Streaming service logins are not provided. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay.

LAUNDRY SPACE
Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
While previous guests may leave behind supplies, we recommend bringing any laundry essentials you may need during your stay.
FIREPLACE
The downstairs fireplace is wood-burning. There is an exhaust fan switch located on the side to help with smoke ventilation.
The upstairs fireplace is currently decorative only.
The electric fireplace in the garage may be operated using the remote control.
GRILL / BBQ

Please clean and cover the grill after use.

Wood and fire-starting supplies are not provided but may be arranged for delivery upon request.
