The community beach is open for swimming during the warmer months from dawn to dusk. The playground next to the beach is also open daily. The beach and lake area open Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day.

Located near the beach, the pavilion is available for grilling, gatherings, and events.

Ceramics & Community Events

Seasonal ceramics classes and community activities may be available on select weekends.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Courts are open daily from dawn to dusk during the spring and fall seasons.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse offers ping pong, pool table, board games, books, movies, and more. Open Monday–Friday from 9 AM–5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM–1 PM.

This home is a stone's throw from the community amenities (lake, tennis courts, volleyball/basketball courts, playground) ensuring endless fun and relaxation. The outdoor space features a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars, and a spacious deck where you can dine and unwind while soaking in the serene surroundings. Inside, you'll be delighted by the home's unique style, blending rustic charm with modern comforts.

With a car you are a short distance from lake, nature, and mountain views, along with many local amenities and fun!

Minimum Age Rental = 21 years old

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Infants under two years old are not counted toward maximum occupancy.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available if there is no same-day turnover. Please message us with any requests.
Failure to depart by the scheduled checkout time will result in a $250 fee.
Single-night bookings are not permitted (minimum stay is 2 nights).

Entry is provided through secure keyless access.
Guest check-in screening may occur via exterior security cameras.
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets.
Maximum daytime visitors: 5 additional guests ($10 per guest).

We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies, as mid-stay replenishment is not provided.

Streaming service logins are not provided.
There are two TVs in the home — one in the master bedroom and one in the upstairs loft.

FIRE PIT
Wood and fire pit supplies are not provided but may be arranged for delivery upon request. Occasionally, leftover supplies from previous guests may be available.

FIREPLACE

The living room features a gas fireplace.
The master bedroom fireplace is also available for guest use.

LAUNDRY AREA

Washer and dryer are available in the home for guest use.
Some laundry supplies may be left by previous guests, but we recommend bringing your own essentials if you plan to do laundry during your stay.
